Still looking for a solid '65 Skylark that we can cut the rear clip from to graft onto my brother's '65 GS 4 spd car. He'll be home from Afghanistan in late October and will have a couple weeks off. We're hoping to find something within a day's drive of MN, but let me know what you have even if it's a little farther away. We do have a trailer, so non-running is fine as well. Thanks! Ken
Dan, Thanks for the PM. my brother has pictures of that car but you're right the owner won't budge on price. I've heard he has had it for sale for almost two years now! Seemed like too much money for what we needed, but it isn't that far away from us. If we do decide to go look at it I'll let you know. Ken
Ken, I have to agree with you on price, etc. Have seen the car in person and it is very rust free. Didn't know it had been for sale that long LOL When I talked with him a couple of days ago he was still wanting a package deal also. Has a couple of 350's with auto tranny's that others on this board are having trouble giving away. I'll call him again and let him know the situation. If you decide to come over PM me.

I've got the rear clip off a 65 four door, but I am in California. Good shape and if you needed the front part of the quarter panel you could make patches from four door rear door skins. I know, it is too far to drive, but maybe I could sell you something else while you are here. Okay, seriously, if you happened to find someone driving from Cali your way with an empty trailer this rear clip is perfect for a back-half job. It is listed in parts for sale, if you are at all interested.
Hi, Another option for you, I have heard you can take a pair of front fenders and make patch panel for the quarters for the rears, I have never done it, but the wheel arch is the same jsut need to trim to fit Regards,
Yes, I did and forwarded them on to my brother. At this point he's leaning towards a whole rear clip or purchasing a complete car.
