WANTED...70 455 OEM Dip Stick Tube & Dip Stick

Wanted: Nice Original Dip Stick Tube & Dip Stick for 1970 455.
I'm finishing off a 71 455 for my 69 Convertible and I like
the Dip Stick tube style on my 70 GSX. The 71 455 has a dip stick
that just goes directly into the block with no dip stick tube.
Would like to find one with the tube included that bolts to
the drivers side exhaust manifold.

I am going to the yard tomorrow to check out a 69 Wildcat w/430...will check the dipstick and tube for you.

 

I've got a nice one, $75. email me for details.

 

wont have 1. 430's only have the dipstick, no tube.

 

I have one $55 shipped that bolts to the back bolt on the heat riser.

 

First off...I'll wait and see what George comes up with first and how much he will want after going to "the yard" .
Then if that doesn't pan out, then I'll see about Carl's.
Carl...what kind of condition is yours in ?

The 430 did not have it as Doug stated but I do have about 5 of them in a box...will compare to ID them....I am 99% sure they are all 455 dipsticks w/tubes.....will verify that Fri morning.

I was under the impression that '70 455's had a dipstick only. Please correct me if I'm wrong.o No:

 

Duane and I discussed this...if you had a power booster...you got the tube and stick....manual brakes...just the stick
