water spots

    how do I get rid of water spots on my beautiful red paint? I have tried everything.Ken

    Sometimes you have to cut and buff 3000 should pull them out and be super easy to buff out, claybar it first

    If you know how to operate a buffer correctly cut it with 2000

    You can start by just buffing, then cut and buff if that doesn't do it. I'd recommend Meguiars 105 and 205 with a mild foam pad. They don't sell it at parts stores, so online, or strangely, my harbor freight has started carrying it. A dual action buffer will also save your skin if you don't have a lot of experience.

    You could try washing your car with a "CLR" type product. Acid will dissolve waterspots
