Friend at work is a pretty hardcore vette and GM guy. I was talking to him about that basketcase 72 ragtop, he was on our board later trying to find the pics again, and he told me he was very impressed with this board, the level of information, and the maturity of everyone here. This is by far the most agreeable bunch as well as mature members in relation to other boards and sites. I look forward to this board more than the others I frequent. Some do a whole lot of whining and bickering which is counter productive! Rock on V8 Buick.com
I've been in the Ford forums (my old truck)...I've been in the Camaro forums (my old 81Z) and even in some GMC forums and now the Dakota forums, (I did find one with this same setup but not the info yet) and NONE have been like this place everyone here gets a pat on the back, good bunch of folks here! :TU:
I will agree with these compliments.I don't do any types of BB's or message boards because of the immaturity of the people involved. I check a website for info about my daily driver ( 89 Chevy Celebrity wagon ) and it seems like a bunch of 12 year olds are on that board. I have recommended this website to several people without embarrassment or hesitation.I will proudly continue to do so.
oh god guys, most of you dont realize how great it is here. as you may see in my sig, im also in to DSM's. (old eclipses, talons, lasers) and you could not believe the level of immaturity that i have to put up with there. its a bunch of pizza faced 16 year olds still trying to play fast and furious...and im utterly surounded by liberals...since liberalism is obviously the "in" thing now for the younger generation. the ammount of info is rapidly depleting from day to day. its pointless to ask anything hardly anymore..its better just to search. we have members leaving every day becaues of stupid crap....and i just dont see myself leaving here any time soon!
