ThePartsplace has a weatherstripping kit(car is a 70GS455 hardtop). Anybody used one of these kits and recommend it?
Kit has door, roof, window and vertical weatherstripping, U jambs, trunk, rubber bumpers and hood to cowl seals.
Reproduction or OEM window felts available with the kits.

I have been buying the kits from www.opgi.com and they are soff-seal. I never had a problem with them. I did have problems with Metro w-strips and will never use them again.

I had metro also and will not buy them again. I bought a set of soft seals about 2 weeks ago but have not installed them as of yet.

I used the window sweeps from "The Parts Place" and they fit well.

Fit was poor and after 2-3 months the joints/seams separated.
Soff-Seal makes a one piece door strip and Metro had/has one that is made from 3 pieces.
