While I am at it picking everyone's brain; any suggestions on weatherstrippng kits for a 65 Skylark? I am going through the OPGI catalog and their Stage 1 kit is what I am looking for but if there is a place out there that has a better price and equal quality I am all for it. Joe, I am in the same boat with my 64 convertible skylark. What brand is better or a better fit. (Steele or soft seal) I heard Metro did not work well.
I'm going to be picking up all the parts from Steele when they roll into town for the first local show. With most of the old weatherstripping in hand the new parts should not be hard to match up. It would be nice if they made a package for us too but usually at the shows you can work a show special deal of some sort. :TU:
