Im trying to guestimate a weight for shipping charges for a shifter and console......anyone who's shipped one have an idea ?? Also, If its "Oversized" does that automatically bring it up to a certain weight class ?? TIA
oversize will bring it up to a higher shipping cost, thats where they get you. ( it might bring it up to 30 LB rate ) since they are light, i would check with usps if ups or fedex wants too much. i sent hood chrome via usps priority mail the other day, and priority was cheaper than parcel post. i sent a very heavy antique radio cross country the other day, and usps parcel post was cheaper than ups ground. best part was, usps didnt destroy it. i dont know what the console weighs. henry
