I might just pull in around 10 this morning. May be sleepy and have sweat running out the crack.... today, but I am going to atleast go. All those big blocks will wake me up when I get there.:grin:
Just got home and loved it. Long day, but worth it!! Picked up some nice parts. Found a set of NOS park lamps for my father's 64 Riv :Brow: . Didn't think we would ever find a nice set of those. I got to meet some Buick people that I had only heard of online. J. Mike Phillips from Kentucky was a blast to talk with and will be a must for my future engine builds. Rusty Davenport and his friend were there and a pleasure to meet. Legendary Greg Gessler (not too talkitive) showed his porting work off. Got to dig around in Bruce Hunter's parts for sale (glad I didn't have to unload and load all those parts!). Saw some fast cars, and some very nice show cars. Beautiful weather too. What about seeing the first stock bottom end Turbo GN go below 10's???:jd: Sorry for the man driving his Buick station wagon that forgot to put his hood pins back in before launch!!! Can anyone say crushed windshield.ou: Count me in for the long haul next year. Hopefully dad will go with me again too.
