Dave Dixon was one of our founding moderators in this section. He had a webpage showing his fist class job of putting a 455 in an that body Regal. Dave has passed on but his car now belongs to his son who occationally still stops by the V8Buick powered regals section. Not sure if the webpage is still up but he did the whole car first rate with great pics and info if you can locate it. Great find and have fun :3gears: Oh yea fwiw I think Dave made his a 4 speed stick car.

If you decide to part one two make one good car, I would be interested in the power window motors. Thanks! Jon

I just did the same swap. Put a 455 buick out of a 72 riv in my 84 cutlass. I was on a low budget so I used the exhaust manafolds out the riv and thay fit.
Check out my thread. It has pictures of the swap. If you have any questions just ask.http://www.v8buick.com/showthread.php?t=102330
