What are the clips that hold the individual "BUICK" letters called?

They are not tube nuts but are very similar and instead of being round, they are square. Of particular interest to me is the clip that holds the letter "I". It is long, maybe 1/4", narrow and rectangular in shape. I've searched up and down for these clips but have had no luck except for Mike out at the Buick Bonery (he's been great and hasn't charged me a dime btw). My problem is that I need a few more and I can't keep asking the guy to send me clips everytime I find one missing and plus, it'd be nice to have a few spares around. I need these specifically for a '63 Riviera and if anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it.

My best guestimate on the part number. It is for the Buick rear compartment letters 63-68 at least.

What would the fasteners themselves be called? Square barrel nuts? And who would have them?
