I have 5 wheels, 15x7, 4.75 bolt pattern, from later Electra etc, maybe like a 1977 or something. Been sitting for a few years. I cleaned and repainted way back when I got them from Texas. They do have curb rash.
I also have stainless lug nuts for them, and centers. No pic of nuts but new never used. all 5 wheels.jpg wheel centers.jpg

I usually figure the center caps are $20-25 each if they are nice drivers, more is brand new, less if they are pitted.

The wheels, being later model ones aren't the desirable WG and I usually figure they are $50 each for really nice ones and it falls off really quickly with rash or rust from there. I sold the last set for $25 a wheel. Yours look better than mine did but pictures may lie. If the chrome is good and no places where the rust has gone through to the steel underneath, I'd guess $30-40 per wheel.

Lug nuts are solid and not the silly chrome cap on a standard lug nut, a full set is another $20-25.

Package deal, I would shoot for $250, adjust up or down for your personal preference.

In the end, it is what someone else will pay for them.

I have interest in the wheels ( if for sale). Where are you / they located? Will need to move to PM or 4sale.

    Probably $250-$300 for the set.
