what do i have ?

    hi guys i picked this up a few years ago you know aways getting parts for that new project . anyway i'm now wondering what i have ? I think it's bop no c clips inside diameterof ring gear is 5.5" 6.5" hole center 7"outside to out side on bearings one of the #'s is65 1965?a 10bolt chev is about .25" to small ot slip on . can anyone help me bos

    dana 44 PROBABLY

    30 spline axles???

    If it were 12 bolt it would be Mopar 8 3/4"

    power lock units were last used in 1970.

    Count the splines

    Do you have the carrier bearing part numbers?

    it has bower 25590 bearing's i forgot ot count the splines i'll do that tomorrow we had alittle snow to contend with the last couple of days thanks jim

    Sticking with the dana 44 :)

    probably 30 spline

    you were right it's 30 spline , 10 bolt ,posi , so any idea of what it fits ? jim

    thanks for the help i guess i would have a time getting it to fit a 65 skylark good thing that car is gone now. guess i'll put it for sale at jefferson this spring. i now have a 1942 special that we've played with a bit .thanks again . jim

    It will not work in what your trying to use it in . It's a EATON I might have a use for it. Call me 859-339 0489.
