    71GS455 Best Package Wins!

It's been sitting there long enough, that the rumor has it that it has already started growing spare parts! :Brow:

Hopefully by the time the title shows up and Jerry gets back from a little trip to "fire country", maybe a motor will grow in it that will give him a run for his money!

I'm guessing I'll have to just beat him at brackets before I can (afford to) do it heads-up.

As far as my career goes... I was somewhat successful Sunday night in changing my own prints! I put a nice slice into my left thumb while chopping up some parsley for dinner. A trip to the ER and three stitches later, I'm here to feel stupid about it. At least I can still use it for one purpose... :TU:

I am currently on medical, but hope to be going back soon. I am a robotics programmer. Mostly automotive work such as spot welding, mig welding, material handling, and sealing. I have doing this for about 5 years. There is a good chance that I did some of the programming on your new cars. Here is a pic of a Kawasaki robot.

Actually, it IS interesting what people DO for their "jobs".:TU:

I do Part Time "work" (if you call it "work") for Full Time PAY!:Smarty:

I own an Internet Shopping Business, for the past 4 years. All automated, so, technically, I get "paid for nothing" (since I DO nothing, as long as OTHER people go to the website and SHOP!).:TU: IOriginally, I started that business for my kids. When I die, the money that continues will be passed on to them, so they can use it for college, or "toys", or whatever. They won't ever HAVE to work if they don't WANT to, by the time they get out of High School.:bglasses: I just wish it would've been that easy for ME!:ball::laugh::Do No:

I'm also an Independent Finance Consultant, and I "teach" people how to get OUT of debt (COMPLETELY), and how to MAKE enough money so they don't have to work for "someone else", if they don't WANT to.

"Young" people (20's-30's) have it MADE, now, IF THEY "WANT" IT! We have learned of things that have been "overlooked" and "kept secret" in the past, and are using that knowledge to IMPROVE our own financial situations. With the economy today, it's BETTER now than it ever has been, as far as MAKING MONEY! You just have to know HOW!:TU::Smarty: That's what I TEACH to people that WANT to KNOW!:bglasses::TU:

I'm also contracted with the local Airport, as a Delivery DRIVER (that's what I do BEST: DRIVE!:TU: And once I get the 455/Overdrive in the Buick, I'll have the FASTEST "delivery" vehicle in the fleet! Hey, I have to put some miles on it, to break in the engine right, anyway, so I might as well GET PAID to DRIVE MY CAR, too!:Smarty::TU: )

    I "work" 3 DAYS/WEEK, 4 HOURS/DAY (not including Internet Business, which is automatic, 24/7)!:bglasses:
I can make more in 1 1/2 HOUR, than most people make in a MONTH!:Do No: Not "bragging", because ANYONE can do this kind of stuff! There are a LOT of Opportunities out there, you just need to find one and stay with it!

It's a SHAME, though, that people "CHOOSE" to work for other people, and then Complain about "bills, and payments, and whatever". I don't feel sorry for those people! There's other ways to make a living, you just have to FIND them. You never WILL, if you don't START LOOKING. Once you find something that works, DON'T QUIT!:Smarty:

    I work for Hill-Rom

I have worked here at Hill-Rom for 3 years, a transfer from another company Hillenbrands own, Batesville Casket Co. I worked there for 8 years.
At Hill-Rom I'm titled a Senior Design Engineer, I work in Concept Research. We investigate and interview top notch clinical caregivers to understand the future of hospitals and patient care. Our group sifts through the interviews to come up with requirements for the next generation of products. With those requirements we will develop prototypes of solutions for the needs. We will draw them in CAD (SolidEdge) and then build all of the parts in our model shop as a prototype buildup. Refine Refine... Then we will show it to the caregivers to see if we have made the product they were wishing to have. If it is what the caregivers had in mind, it would be given to our NPD group for the Design for manufacturing through our FDA compliant quality design system.
At Batesville Casket, I was the CAD area manager, we used Unigraphics as our CAD package. I designed and modeled most of the plastic decorative hardware that is installed on a casket, the corners and side mounted ear and bar assemblies. Documented all of the parts/assemblies for every casket we built.
Prior to joining Hillenbrand companies I drew and designed telephones for AT&T in Indianapolis for Consumer Products.
Prior to that I was a CNC Programer at a contract house after spending 4 years doing CNC programing in an Injection Mold building machine shop.
