Nice GTOs Gary. What is the color called on the 66? Could you post a better pic of the 66? I might buy a 66 with a new green interior and this might be the exterior color to go with that.
I like Pontiacs---especially the 67 GTO,then Chevy,then Olds---would never leave GM---"for better or for worse". Pete
The '66 is Marina Turquoise (a factory color for '66 GTOs), painted with basecoat/clearcoat paint. This car is my Dad's driver.
Very nice Goat! :TU: Did it come with the small hubcaps or is that your addition? Is it a real Ram Air car?
667 hits and only 79 votes????????? Its not a mortal sin to like another car second. Your not cheatin' on the ole' lady just thinkin 'bout it. :bglasses: ou:
My second automotive love? MERCURY!!!!! Marauder X-100s, Cyclone GTs, Cougar Eliminators, Park Lane sedans (book em Dano), Comet Super Stocks...........Yeah, If I had no Buick, tell you what I'd do, go down town and by a Mercury or two!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'd be back to Corvettes again I suppose. Mid years are my favorite older ones having had two of them although my 71 454 LS5 4spd convertible wasn't a bad car either. Haven't owned a newer one since the 95 ZR1 6 spd. But I hear they still drive real nice and more than ever really haul A$$...
Well, I have a Mustang, but it's family (since 1968, my Mom's). After my Buicks, I love Forward Look Chryslers, 1940-41 Lincoln Continentals, and 1960s Pontiac Catalinas, especially 65s. There's a '65 Sport Fury convertible in the local Auto Trader I have been sweating over but have no room or money for. You may laugh, but I've always had a thing for Triumph TR3s and Spitfires. Actually, I love just about anything old that has wheels, but the above are non-Buick favorites.
What if there were no Buicks?? I'd hang myself with my own shoelaces  Hello...my name is Jason and Im addicted to Buicks
AMC Javelin or Mercury Cougar. There's currently a thread similar on the rotary site I visit here in Aust. about muscle car choice and surprisingly, Buicks have a fair share of the choices!
