It came in a car I just bought round rear cover with ridge bolt in axels- 90 degree tabs on bottom of carrier housing Hoping the center will fit in my 72.
The housing has cobbled up mounts for the springs and shock mounts. Hope the center section fits in my 72. Any way to know for sure?
If it is a GM carrier......3 series will be 410408 and have four large 8 characters on it. A 2 series will be 410409 and have three or four large 9 characters on it. Pics will be a big help.
I was one stuck bolt away from pulling the carrier out and had to go to work. Now it's outside the shop on the trailer. Maybe this weekend. Thanks for all the help.
