What is this posi from and will it fit a 67 with 8.2 10 bolt

I saw that ad. It doesn't look like a posi carrier to me. And is there a 3.07 gear set?

 

If I google 3.07 posi, there are a couple of returns for the big buick cars, but it seems to be a 9 3/8 rear.
