What is this sensor/electrical component??

    Daves72 I get jokes.

    Pulled the dash pad today. I was looking around and found an electrical component that I am unsure what it is. It is above the glove box.

    It has a black wire and a pink wire. Any ideas?

    Looks like a buzzer to me, but I don't know what for.

    Seatbelt buzzer. Installed beginning in '72.

    If it is a seat belt buzzer do yourself a favor and unplug it. Annoying little bastards.
