We have a 50 Sedanette that we are thinking of doing the same thing to. From my measurements, a 71-73 Riv chassis is pretty close. We also started to do this to a 55 Skylark convertible. Wheel base is the same, front track width is just a little wide, especially if you want to drop it in the weeds. Looks like it could be fixed with to right offset wheel. Only thing we ran into was the lack of lowering options with the Riv chassis. A 70-72 Skylark should also work. Slightly narrower in the front track, but the wheel base will need to be stretched. The advantage to this is the availibility of lowering parts, brake parts, and suspension upgrades. Hope this helps.
