What's this light called? Where to get the gasket?

Looking for the gasket that fits between the rear bumper and this (?) light ou:

Does it come on when your other back-up lights come on? I can't imagine what else it could be.

The Bumpers been off the car for many years so don't know when it lights up - I would guess the backup light too but each tail light also has backup lights and the license plate also has a separate light too.

 

It's the reverse light unique to the 69 bumper. Doubt you can buy one anywhere.

 

You can buy the bulb. You can make the gasket. If you want another lens, you will need to advertise for a used or a NOS lens under the "Parts Wanted" section.
