Wheel Balancer

Anybody looking for a wheel balancer? It's the kind that balances the tire ON THE CAR! My office manager bought one on E bay for her Dad and now he decieded he doesn't want it. It hasn't even been picked up from the seller yet. It's right here close to my house.
