    Hi All,
I have one front drum hubs that seems wont take a wheel stud, the hole is alittle larger now for some reason. I bought the car like this and am now going to address it. I have been to parts stores and really didn't see any studs that work. The correct stud one is just alittle to small now and spins and all others are way to small. Before I look for a used hub does anyone have any ideas or had to address this issue without looking for a hub? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks Gary

Probably the best way is to find another hub with good holes. Second best would be to measure it with a dial indicator and/or take it to a parts store and possibly find another stud with the same threads but a larger shoulder. You may have to drill the hole out a bit larger to accomodate it but what the heck, it's already too big so you've got nothing to loose. Third option might be to tack weld the original one in on the backside.
