Got a 70 Lark with a 8.5 rear from a 72. I just bought Summit brand wheels. Pro Star knock offs. My stock studs are just a bit short. I need somewhere around 1 3/4 long. I know the knurl is somewhere around .480. Any thoughts on using these studs? These are .475 and 1 3/4 long.

one would think that any business that sells aftermarket rims, should have the studs that u require eventhough u require imperial measured and not metric..

If you call them they can find ALL kinds of things that you can't on their site.. I've looked for hours on their site only to call and they find it in a moment..

I used 70 Corvette studs when I put the thicker rear disks and a spacer on the rear of my car. They were a perfect fit and available at NAPA, O'Reilly's, Auto Zone and Advance. Funny thing is the Auto Zone and Advance only had two in stock.

Thanks for the input. I did call them and they dont have recommendations on length but they were able to set me up with some that are a bit longer. Apparently the front drums have a bigger knurl than the rears. Would have thought the other way around.
