On the block deck between the back two plugs on the driver's side. So you look between the head and the exhaust manifols . You may need to clean it.

Thank's for the info, the person brought the car buy today, when I came out of the house I QUICKLY went and got my short's on{ the temp was 38 } and grabed my surf board so I could catch one of the many wave's, the engine was a 70 though oh well I'm alway's looking for that special buick, thanks kelly
