Good day all, I am in full restoration mode on my 72, body is off frame redone and motor/trans sitting in there.
New ss brake lines made for a from drum to disc conversion with new prop valve.
Can I reuse my original brake booster? Was power drum before and will now be from disc rear drum.

It seems that the booster sits at a sharp angle on the firewall when I mock it up, does not look right. The tilt back seems like it may spill brake fluid if opened on the car.
    Should I just order a disc/drum booster for a 72?

    Thanks,
    Mike

Hmmm, maybe its supposed to kick up like that. I looked at some pictures from when I disassembled and it was the same, but didn't know if the drum booster was different.
