Who Repair 70 Grills?????????

I have a 70 GS with damaged front grill. It's all intact but the previous owner repaired a large crack on the front center at the base where the chrome stip goes. It's was basically clued back together with the front base aiming upward about 20-25 degrees from normal. The bottom center of the grill sits just above the top of the front bumper. I've never worked with plastics, fiberglass, or what ever material it is and don't want to break it beyond repair. Does anyone out there repair these grill? In our around Ohio? o No:
I don't have the cash right now for a new one.
