Spent hours trying to figure these guys out and you just don't realize how much you never paid attention to these little guys until you finally get a classic car! The ones installed on the vehicle when I got it were definitely wrong as the were 1/4 above the edges and where they were installed on and the quarter glass the outside lip was tucked up into the body where they were supposed to come up and meet the roof rail weather strip. Well I ordered replacements from OPGI for a 70 skylark and they fit even worse the curve for the quarter glass was all wrong and I could not bent them enough without distorting them so that they wouldn't even fit.

Can someone please show me a picture of correctly fitting window felts on the door and especially the quarter glass? I can not for the life of me find a picture or a paused section in a video that shows these areas in any close up detail. Also if anyone knows where I can find correctly fitting felts it would be greatly appreciated!

Wanted to update my thread just in case anyone searches for these and wanted to know what works. I can say with absolute certainty that the TWE felts mentioned in the above link to ss396 fit beautifully. Plus you could buy just the outer ones too more money for other parts
