The chrome upper w/strip channels on the roof line have two black guides that are attached with rivets. Looks as though they are covered with rubber or plastic. What is the best way to recoat those close to factory? Would they need to removed and re-riveted back on to coat them? Any ideas appreciated. Working on a 70 GS. Thank in advance!
Hi Jeff, I dipped them with the black "liquid Handle" material without removing them from the car.Worked very well. Rod
