1966 Skylark, need to remove BOTH front and rear windwhields to repair the window channels. How do I get the chrome molding off ??

I'm sure there is a tool I don't have, but is there another way ??

I would also love to hear repair methods for the channel that will work and don't include welding in a new channel since I never learned how to weld. :Do No:

There is a specific tool made for trim removal. You should be able to find it at a parts or auto supply store. It makes trim removal so much easier and you won't create any damage to it either.
