Any glass place can get them for a GS Mike. Most I see are made by Pilkington but are offered through regular auto glass companies. I just bought one wholesale for about $170.00. That is the uninstalled price. Buicklawyer just had the same glass installed in a 71 442 A body for $232.00 which included the price of the glass.
Here's the receipt for the same company coming to my house, removing the rear glass in my car and reinstalling a rear glass that I purchased from a board member some time back. I believe they would have installed the windshield at my house for the same price as above.
a local glass shop did my 71 Skylark for $225 and did my 64 corvette roadster for $215. Same place did my friends 56 Chevy, I think you can get just about anything these days. Dean
I know we can usually buy nearly any GM or Ford windshield for no more than $125, usually around $100. And installation usually runs around $50. If you check around the glass shops in your area you may be able to do pretty good. You wouldn't believe how cheap a glass supplier can actually buy windshields. Tim
It says antenna on that invoice. BTW, thats the company I work for, never thought I'd see the company logo on V8!! I can get mine at cost p
I wouldn't have any idea how to ship something like that ..... and I really don't think it would be any cheaper than getting it from a local glass shop by the time you include shipping cost. The price on that invoice looks pretty reasonable.
