Just wanted to post a before and after picture of my wiper motor.

    Started with a working motor.

Did a low pressure bead blast of entire motor.

Painted the steel parts with Chrome spray paint. Aluminum left natural.

Have about 30 minutes in this project and almost $0

    Just need a repro decal

Where can I get a new "white plastic" pump?

    Dave,
When you get the new pump, be ready for the "holes" to be a little off when you mount it to the motor. It will not fit on perfectly.

I think the difference is due to millimeters vs standard units, if you know what I mean.

Dave what media did you use? Looks great.

Glass media with low pressure, just enough to clean the aluminum without distorting it.

The only thing I have used is coal slag (Black Diamond) works great but the dust would kill gears or electronics. Thanks I will look into glass.
