Kevin is having technical difficulties (as always) with his digital camera and or computer so I'm in charge of posting the pics of his car fresh out of the body shop! Man is he psyched! This all started over a year ago; and the first bodyman turned out to be a junkie, and wasted like 6 months of doing very little work and messing up some things on the car as well. Anyway we had to go to NH to get the unfinished car and pay a flatbed towtruck to bring the car home. The only good part of the whole ordeal was seeing Kevin get in a few real good shots on the junkie's head! So off to the next bodyshop and this guy kept promising to get the car done "next week" for about 5 months. Thankfully Kevin did'nt have to slap around this guy and in the end the 70 came out really nice!
Wolverines 70 Sorry the pics are so lousy, the first bunch I downloaded are from the bodyshop's website and mine are not much better either! The lighting at Kevins shop is'nt very good. But believe me the car came out super nice! This is a black 70 with a white vinal roof and a pearl interior. Nice combo! With all the parts he's been hoarding for like the past 10 years it should be a really nice ride. P.S......... he said I could do the first burnout when it's done!!!
nice color choice!!! :Brow: They look soooo good in black. That car will look awesome with a white interior! Now the fun part...putting it all back together. Thats my favorite part. Putting all the new parts on it. Keep us updated on the progress. I want pictures when its done! Enjoy it! Jason
Hey looking good Kevin! Too bad you had to wait so long, but it looks like it was worth it in the end. :TU:
i cant wait till its together. black with white top and white interior. i dont think i,ve ever seen another 70-72 gs hardtop with this color combo. cant wait till he lets me :3gears: the hell out of it.
Lookin Good Kevin :TU: :beer :TU: While Johnno and Jon duke it out, I'll slip into Blue and take you on :Brow:
Wait a minute. Hold the phone. You did all that work on your GS in Salem, and all the time you had a pristine rebuild being delivered in a couple of months??? uzzled: Man, you're SICK.
My Mom bought me a T-shirt that reads There's Something not right with Me  .....and that was last year o No: BEST thing you could have ever done. 1) Prices were much cheaper 2) You dont have to go on a Scavenger Hunt now 3) makes Assmbly Soooo much Easier I brought 3 SportWagons' full of parts to the guy that "did" my car. He was actually beyond thankful for not having to wait months (tying up his space) while I went on the hunt. Cant wait to see it, Kevin :TU: :TU: Any MassHoles going to ATCO ???
