Hi Matt Thanks and thanks for the info first time I post have been looking desperate all over the internet for these rollers sliders I´ll think it is the same, maybe you can see it on the pictures if you zoom in to the arrow point, how many du you got, do you have the opportunity to ship/send it to me?
As I take a closer look I think they are a bit different, however, I'm quite sure that their are other members here that will be able to supply that part to you. I can post a picture of the ones the little cars use if I can locate one.
There is a Riv in the junk yard I plan to go to in the next couple of weeks . Its a 71 or 72 but they should all be the same . I'll take a look . I wonder what else fits ? ElDorado , Toronado ?? Maybe Grand Prix ?? I'll see what I find out .
Hermann, if you delete your first post, the whole thread is deleted. Matt, A-body is different. I gave Hermann a few links for the right part in his new thread and he already ordered five of those "rear quarter window plastic guides & rivets".
I almost forgot Hermann . Cole in British Columbia is parting out a riv . Not sure if he has the rear windows . But he's a decent guy to deal with .
Since you don't have a clue who Cole is, I will always go the extra mile and post a link to Cole's profile page in this thread
I was googling Cole of British Columbia didn't find any car parts so thanks Nailhead for the link and the help
I checked Cole's post history, nothing about a Riviera parting out... Only thing about such a car in in his Profile Posts: Nothing about a 1971 Riviera when I search his posts between February 11 and January 1st, 2020. So maybe the car is already gone and the post deleted?
By the way Hermann, CTC Auto Ranch in Denton, Texas has a lot of Boattail parts cars. (scroll down in the link to find the 1971-1972-1973 Rivieras)
Hermann . I got in touch with Cole . he deleted the post he had on the Riviera because it was pretty well picked over . He did say he still might be able to get the rear windows and tracks off that car . It will take him a little time . Plus I'll be going by that junkyard that has a Riviera in it early next week . We will see what we turn up .
