WTB: 1970 GS 455 or Stage 1, must be a factory 4 speed

Does it have to be a '70? How do you feel about a '72?

I see!! No worries. I have a 72 455 4 speed car that's Stratomist blue with black bench seat interior, no vinyl top. It's a project to be sure, but I have the Sloan docs to prove the pedigree.

 

Hi Chris wondering if you found a 70 4 speed car yet. I have a white stage one 4speed with brown interior let me know if your interested

 

Still looking... would consider a '70 GS350 4 speed as well in green or blue w/white, green or blue interior (no black interiors).

Thanks guys! I'd like to find something in driver shape if at all possible - ideally either having nice patina or an older resto. I keep finding cars that are 1/2 way there, and just don't have the funds behind me to shell out 5 figures twice to purchase something, and then to do a full concours job.

At this point, I'd almost take a "beater" GS455 or GS350 as long as it wasn't rusty, had most of the car covered in the correct paint code, and had the original stuff on it. I guess I'm being picky...
