Hi all, I thought I had one of these tentatively lined up with a board member, but I asked for pictures and details about a month ago and haven't heard back, so I am back on the search! I'm looking for a good condition GS hood including scoops and grilles and all the pieces I will need. It's going on a 1970 Skylark and I have already sourced a dual-snorkel GS breather. Doesn't HAVE to be a 1970 hood if other years (71-72) will fit properly. I know these hoods are expensive to ship so my plan is to take a couple of days' vacation in Mid-to-end of March and drive down to pick it up, that's why I am hoping to find something in the northeast states - Maine, New Hampshire,Vermont, Connecticut, Rhode Island, even as far as Long Island would work but that's about as far as I want to go (that's about 1000 miles from home ou: ). While I'm in the area I'd also like to find a reasonably good yet not too expensive set of rallye wheels (prefer 15 X 7, but 14 X 6 may be OK too depending on condition and price). Is there anybody in that area who could help me out with these parts? I'd be glad to work out finances with you, but like I said would need you to hang onto them for 2-3 months until I get down there to pick them up (hopefully after the possibility of huge snowstorms is all past). I just wanted to get it firmed up now, so I can plan my trip and vacation time accordingly. Thanks for any and all replies.
Ian, You can always get it shipped to Calais, Maine. I get there about once a month & can get it to Saint John for you. Once you cross the border it seems the shipping fees go wild.
Hi Steve, thanks, I'll see if I get any replies here and see. I don't have a drop point in Calais anyway, and don't mind a bit of a drive if I can find what I need. Maybe also looking for front bumper in good shape if I can find one reasonable.

Hey just to offer a bit of help here, I gfuess Bruno has 2 hoods, I may be buying one, if I do and NS buys the other may be willing to pick up both and hold in Albany till NS gets around to making it down.
