Buick is making one too. The Buick Terraza. Along with Chevrolet and Buick, Pontiac is making the Montana SV6. They said its not a minivan but with suv cues and a sport-van look. I guess they think if they change the name people will buy it, and also it changes the minivan image. They should come out this FAll. GM is dropping the ther minivans if i recall correctly. Ford changed the front end of the Windstar and named it Freestar, same idea.
Wow, A venture mini-van with a huge nose is supposed to get all the people that only need a minivan but buy an SUV?
Look at how the Venture looks and look at the "sports van". Same van, different front. I bet there is a $7-10k difference in price.
Didn't Chevy hire the whole design team away from Hot Wheels INC a couple of years back, or maybe they are going through the big box of Hot Wheels at Walmart searching for thier next design breakthrough. Dave Berry :shock:
I thinks thats dans way of making enough room to install a 502 or 455 into a mid level van call it a sportsvan...... :laugh:
