Been there, Done that!! Well, kind of. This road is just a few miles north of my hometown of North Platte. When I worked for an office company out of there as a copier repairman, I had the oppurtunity to take this particular stretch of road several times. It is indeed a blast to run. All in an '89 Escort full of copier parts. I could easily average 80 mph on it before they resufaced it for this competition. Can only imagine the pace race cars set up can run on it. I hope they keep the cattle off of it now though!!:jd:
