Blood sausage (Kiszka as I know it) isn't all that bad. I actually kind of enjoy it. You shouldn't let the name scare you. It tastes great paired with real maple syrup!
My wifes side of the family is Norwegion, and all hail from St. Paul. It is a rite of passage for the children when they turn 5 to have Lutefisk with the family dinner. I had it when I married into the family, tastes like jellied carp slime. ou:
5-8 Club is the original in my opinion. :TU: Never been to Matt's, so I can't comment. I'm sure I wouldn't turn my nose up at it though.
Hi Tom, What's wrong with blood sausage? You can have it for breakfast with coffee, or for lunch or dinner with a Guinness. It's one of natures' more versitile foods. Good eatin'!
