OK, so the point of this thread is what other models (that you don't currently own) do you admire? OK, I own a 70-72 A body style, but I just love the pics of Yardley's Riv with the new wheels. I've basically loved almost every year Riv.

So, what Buick do you most want to have that you don't own?

I, too, would love to have a boattail Riv. They are just so different looking than any other car.

Too many to list, but a few of my favorites.

    '49 Roadmaster hardtop.
    '59 Wagon
    '61 Invicta Bubbletop
    '65 Riv.
'66-'67 Riv. ( I kick myself for selling the '66 I had!) :spank:
    '67 Wildcat.
    '71-'72 Riv.
    Any year of Grand National.
    A Reatta would be interesting.

And I wouldn't mind a '65 through '72 GS, any size engine would be just fine with me.

I'd like a 65 Riviera GS. That car doesn't have a bad angle to see it from, and I love the headlights.

After I win the lottery, I'd like to buy a 95-97 Riviera, convert it to rear wheel drive with a Corvette IRS, and throw in an injected, centrifugally supercharged, all aluminum 455.

I'd also like to throw a Grand National motor in a BMW 325 mated to a T-56 tranny and a Corvette IRS. I think I'd have to go with a sequential twin turbo setup to overcome the prodigious turbo lag. 10's should be relatively easy with a car that light.

    (I can dream, can't I?)

I would love to have a 70 GS 455, and if I can wish for anything, make it a convertible! I would considering parting with all three of my current cars to get one, and someday I will!

For whatever reason, the looks of the 70 has always been my favorite, maybe because I had one when I was 19 and have never gotten over it.

I have always loved the 63 - 65 Riviera's, but I have given up on owning one since it won't fit in my "newer house" garage that was built for an import car!

The previous owner sold it to me 'cuz it was too fast for him.

Made him look like he saw the burning bush:)

I've got a pretty good variety already. What I'd like most for a next one is a 70 Wildcat 455 Convertible. There was a beautiful blue/white one on Collectorcar online about a year ago that I constantly kick myself for not looking into.

A 66GS Wildcat Convert would also be great but I think they only made about a dozen in the first place.

She ain't cheap.....but It gonna be a good few years before another fine example like this surfaces.

....Wish mine was that clean.....but then again I got a BigBlock (and personally - green is my least favorite color in the 64 box of crayola's - that interior would drive me to fits)
