My color; "F" Colonial Blue doesn't show on most color charts for '55. Colonial Blue was a Spring '55 offering.
And, then for '56; the same blue color "F" name was changed to; Cadet Blue. .............. just saying

They make it hard on us to track down 'original' don't they. Who'da thought any of these cars would be so iconic and collectible though.

@robs71redriv: Thanks for the links. Those are like gold! I bookmarked them. The carb one looked pertinent to my '75 Regal.

    Cool thread. :TU:

I would like to see that Wildcat 3D sign from the face side of the cat.

I will have to dig up some of my other Buick stuff. For now I have these pictures. I can't exactly remember where I got these. Pretty sure it was garage sale thing years and years ago.

I got lots of stuff, manuals, sale literature, clocks and gagets, etc. But my most prized item I think is my 67 GS 400 Starwars air cleaner. I bid on several online and could never get one. A guy here called me to look at his GS400 post car and it had a nice one. I told him I was not interested in the car but would buy the aircleaner if he sold the car without it. He did and called me. I met him and offered him what I had said I would give , but someone had told him it was worth twice that much. I could have bought one online for less. Anyway I'm talking to a friend in another state that night about it and he said, "I have one in the attic. I'll give it to you". Sure enough he did. It is a prize item to me.

A lot of this screams single guy! I love the barn, and I love my Buchev pickup truck, but I don't want to be living with them...

This is a cool old thread. Thanks for bringing it to the top again.

Does anyone still wear cufflinks? My wife want to make earrings out of them.
