Got it out. Vac and air didn't work. It took a poke with a hot wire to get it out. Now I can clean some more. Also, what should I reseal the rear hex plug with?
Cleaned and cleaned and cleaned with swabs and bore brushes. Bottom is where I started and the top was where I finished. Finally getting there. Put the galley plugs in with #1 permatex, says it is quick setting and dries hard.
If you're going to shove something down your guns/motor...at least spend a few bucks on a dewey rod! Their really not much more than a metal rod cleaning kit, and it has bearings in the handle that twist with the rifling while cleaning. https://deweyrods.com/product/22-caliber-nylon-coated-rod-36-inches/ Trust me on this. Stop cleaning rifles with a metal rod. You can't un-**** the damage from a metal rod.
