Not a movie but Perry Mason had often had Buicks in there apisodes. I find my self watching old shows just for the cars, I get it, it's a sickness.
Not a movie , but Season 1 , episode 1 of “ This old house “ with Bob Vila aired on January 1, 1979 .
I forgot, the original VF was a Jim Belushi TV series called K-9. Scene was stolen cars in a warehouse...
Hi, In Ford versus Ferrari there is a 64 4 door Special or Skylark in the background just prior to the fight scene. Regards, Jim
Was at the movies with the wife watching "Where the Crawdads Sing". There is an evening scene in the small town with a '65 Wildcat parked on the right side of the road. The scene is well into the movie. My wife didn't appreciate when I yelled out "Look at the '65 Wildcat!"
LOL!!!! The detail in some of the new cartoon type are incredibly accurate, like the new minion movie had Ford Pinto, AMC Pacer, many 68 Chevrolet Belairs, C3 Corvettes, Corvair Lakewood Estate (LOL) 66 Chevrolet full size at the end. I know I'm not the only one who what's old shows just for the cars in the show.
My '69 Skylark appears in Young Rock, literally around the corner from my house. Signal Red, white vinyl roof. It's also been in Tiger King. As for other Buicks there's a '49? in the TV series Naked City episode "Bumper"
Thanks Nailhead! That's it, on Bell's Pocket Rd, Strathpine. The road was closed so the cars could be driven on the right side of the road. When I said I lived round the corner, I meant it. Our street is on the right. It was an interesting experience to be on location, and I'm pleased to say the 'lark behaved itself.
Old TV movie, K-9. The original VF Is in a scene with stolen muscle cars? I was onset for about 7 hours. The actual time on screen was less than1 minute!
I sat around for eight hours during the filming of essentially one scene in the Hulu miniseries ‘Candy’, while my GS was parked in front of house. Ate two meals, a bunch of snacks, both I and the car got paid but did not make it into the final cut. I watched Jessica Beil park a green station wagon two dozen times. Patrick Corrected; had the wrong actress.
Your a ex baller right.. Watching the Bill Walton's The Luckiest Guy series and at 4:30 into part 3 there's a Jacked up wide tire Red 70 Skylark with the hood up being pushed in the streets during the 1977 NBA playoffs..
