Welcome aboard from NY. 67's are one of my favorite as I bought a gs400 vert new back in the day. Fred
WELCOME!!! to our Buick Family... one of the best Intro's I've seen... Great to see your beautiful family. I'm traveling for work and it makes me miss our grandchildren (my bride of 37 years and I have 3 children and 5 grandchildren... our oldest being about your age). What is your resto plan? Restomod or OEM or ??? -MIG
Awesome . I guess restomod. I will be modifying some things/ updatting Not sure if that is what considered restomoding. My son is into batman so that was kind of the direction i want to take is the bat mobile . Black out as much as possible and have digital gauges inside.. i know purist are cringing lol
About the only thing that starts the throwing of bombs is putting a chevy or other non-Buick engine in. (And the ls is a chevy engine, no matter what it came out of). Patrick
Joshua, nice intro and family! What part of Texas are you in? There's some nice cars around the state. Steve
Lol my buddy has a LS that he’s trying to get me to pit in. at some point I need to put in a power house but for now I’ll drive the 300 until I get the money for a better motor.
Joshua, Welcome to the best Buick board on the planet, hands down. Beautiful family. Good luck with your Buick.
We have visited Waco a few times, McLane stadium, the Texas Ranger museum (not the baseball team!) and the dinosaur digs. Waco is an interesting city which isn't too far from us. Good luck with the '67.
Welcome from Long Island .NY. The 300 ci is one of the best engines around, second only to the V6..Bruno.
Welcome from Ontario, Canada. Joshua you'll get so much info, advice and direction here it's amazing. As for your direction with the car that sounds awesome. My car has the punisher theme going on. The power plant thing can be a bit touchy here but hey if LS swap is the way you want to go it's your car so do as you see fit especially if it fits your budget. Buicks are expensive to build and if people tell you otherwise they're lying or haven't done one lol. Good luck and cheers my friend!
