as you guys may have already know, im in the process of correcting my engine setup and now i need to sell these parts to fund my 455 engine.

start off with the hughes HUP-gm20 torque converter for the th350 tranny with a 2000 stall on it less than 100 miles on it, uncle upgraded to higher cam and heads and changed converter.. was $159 new will take $120 plus shipping

also have a 10" torque converter built by A1 transmission here in sacramento,ca with a stall of 3000-3500 with less than 75 miles on it, cost about 450 to build, so here is the story behind this one, i installed it on my buick 455 because a performance shop here said i needed more stall in order for my engine to idle better, so it did idle better, but when it came to driving, man this thing was not comfortable, had to launch the car hard to make it take off, as soon as it took off, man this thing flew, made my 455 with stock gears and pegleg perform like a bat out of hell, so i was going through the board and i was told that either this converter was not stalling good due to the torque behind my 455 and others were saying that it was my setup due to the gears i had, others were saying this was an outcome of a cheap converter. either one it is, i know this converter would be good for strip use and some limited street and as soon as you gave it some gas it launched so hard it made my car not even recognizeable. i paid $150 bucks plus the parts i gave which would say a total of about $300 bucks but will take a loss and sell it for $175 or best offer plus ship.. also trade any of these or all for 455 parts looking for a matched camshaft for a 2400 torque converter currently on the car, also looking for 3.42 + gears for a 10 bolt rear end, posi unit or any other performance parts for buick 455.. i would of loved to use this converter but that would mean i have to change my entire setup, which i dont really want too. like i said im willing to take offers on these,
