Wayne needs to get himself a PR man for all the mag appearences. :TU: Not too many mags that he hasn't been in except maybe "Road and Track" and "Motor Trend".

Wayne, are we going to see you doing a bear skin photo shoot like Jenkins in the early 70's with cash and a cigar? Don't forget the pork chops for side burns.

    Yup. Present and accounted for.

So who's gonna run the first AC Cobra in FAST? Probably won't float as good as a bass boat, but should be quicker in the 1/4.

Those comments have been around since day one. The only time I hear them is when a corvette goes fast! I guess the AMX is only a sports car because it only has 2 seats.

Yep, and the AAR Cuda, TA Pontiac, Boss 302 Mustangs, yada yada yada, are all not musclecars because they were made so folks could run in the sports car races.

I suppose the wing Mopars and Ford Talladega are not muscle cars too because of their Nascar Affiliation.

Gm didn't put the big block in a Vette to improve handling!

You guys can slice and dice this anyway you want. The vette was designed as a sportscar. As far as the AMX is concerned. I don't care how many it seats it has. Never did!

Camaros, Chevelles and Novas I believe fit the difinition of a GM muscle car. No doubt the Buick GS/GSX would also fit the definiton. The vette. Don't see it.

But even if it meets the requirements for F.A.S.T., which is does. I much more impressed with the performance of the 440-6 pack performers. Full size cars giving that vette a run for its money.

The L88 vette was never a production car. Lets see how the mass produced Chevy muscle cars would do against the top Mopar and Buicks. The Zl1 camaros are represented. How well are they doing at F.A.S.T.. That car I would certainly say defines a muscle car. Even though that was designed for racing and not mass production!

The Corvette is definitely a Muscle car...one that just happens to corner well.

It's a fact...427 Corvette's were some of the fastest, most potent, street cars, back in the day.

Just ask anyone who street raced.
You can't change history just because you want to.
