I'm going to put in a 10 point Chrome Moly cage but really don't want to put in race seats.... The car is a full weight, full interior car on the cusp of being a race car but I drive it on the street a bit....not much but don't want just a race car... My GS seats I imagine are just too big for the bigger cage. Car runs high 9's with the super charger.... Are there any seats that anyone knows of that will fit? I can have them covered to match the interior... Just trying to maintain the street appearance of the car.
Chuck a good fabricator will build a cage around your seats, I have seen several caged cars with stock seats.
You shouldn't have any problem with the factory bucket sets, just place the bars accordingly, with the seats installed. Make sure you install the required back brace for the seat back, and then put a foam pad and covering on it to protect the seat. The seat back brace does not have to be fastened to the seat. It just has to sit up against it. No issue here. JW

I think I seen that car pass by me on 80 when you were returning from Ohio last summer...Looked fantastic!!! BTW, I was the insane Penn Dot guy on the road...lol
