Agree. The purpose of mentioning here was to say that the decks seem to be roughly the same height as earlier blocks, that it's the piston in 75-6 that made the biggest difference. Really doesn't make sense considering all 455's to my knowledge have at least .040" clearance stock, you'd think they'd fix it. In my case I got a deal on the wiseco's nib, so I went with it. It won't be perfect, but it'll be manageable with the cometic .027" gasket. Next build will be an autotec custom for sure.
