I am looking for a set of 15"x10" Buick Rally for the rear of my Dads Skylark. The back spacing needs to be 5"(or something close o that).Let me know what you have!

    Thanks,

    Gary

gary just FYI a 5 inch backspace with a good size tire will rub the chrome and cut the sidewall You will need a set with 5 5/8 to fit it right. My friend had these and it caused a lot of issues unless your willing to trim the wheel lips

Good advice above. I run these rims. I had mine made with 5-5/8" BS. These cars were not made to exacting standards back then and the rearend can be slightly off center. That BS gives you "wiggle room" to add up to a 1/4" spacer on either side to exactly center the wheels in the wheel wells.

My tires are 325/50R15 drag radials. It's tight and I did have to trim back the top of the wheel well to insure no rubbing. Now if you go with a 295-315 tire, you shouldn't have any big issues. Just make sure you can stick your finger between the tire and the frame rail on the inside and double check the outside clearance.

A great way to help is to also put airbags in the rear springs. Then just keep 7-10 lbs. of pressure in them. It will greatly reduce the rearend bouncing if you go over something on the road. Also be aware that with a real wide tire the inside of the fenderwells are curved and you can occasionally rub way up in there, even with the airbags.

    Good luck.

I will double check, his car as a 12 bolt in it out of a 64-67 which is narrower so I think that might be what is making the difference. His car currently has a 15x8 with 4" of back space with a 28x12.5 ET Street and it never rubs. The plan is to go to a 15x10 Buick Rally and a set of drag radials.

    Thanks,

    Gary
