15x8 RALLYES AND 275 60-15's

Have a pair of 15x8 Wheel Vintiques rallyes with Good Year Eagle II's . Rims were only used to trailer car home when I bought it and tires have about 1000 miles on them. Local pick up ONLY! Located in South Jersey $225 cash and carry Thanks Ron

What is the back space on them.

 

I'll go down and measure. Should the measurement be from wheel lip or bead area??

 

It looks like too much offset to fit my 66.
