OK, I'm no authority, but didn't the Chevelles use the same wheel? There are several on ebay; http://motors.shop.ebay.com/i.html?..._cqr=true&_nkwusc=chevells+sport+wheel&_rdc=1 If that fails to be true, then I have one I would trade you. It is an original Buick wheel, I bought it on this board several years ago. I put it in my sons 66 Cutlass. If you want this wheel I have, buy a Chevelle kit and I'll trade with you. That way you will have a Buick wheel and all the rest of the stuff you need to install it (the kit) except a horn button. The button I have is an original Buick but I bought a new repro Olds emblem for it and I am keeping it. I go have nice buttons you could paint/dye black. ragtops The Chevelles did use the same wheel but there are none on ebay right now most that are ever on ebay are 15" wheels not the 16" also if you look at the wheels only the 16" wheel has a thumb groove on it... I need to find a old post with some information about the difference in the wheels. ragtops I cant tell for sure your wheel is a 16" with the thumb groove but if it is I would love to buy it if you can get a close up of the front of the wheel so I can tell if its what I am looking for that would be great
Ryan, I don't think there is anything special about my wheel and it measures just under 15", so obviously not what you are looking for. I guess I have never heard of the wheel you seek. Showing my Buick ignorance here. I have read some posts about GSX wheels, Duane re-casts some of those I guess. I don't remember seeing a good picture of one though. I assume that is not what you are looking for or you would have said GSX wheel, so I have no idea what you want. Sorry, I guess I posted first and thought later, or had my fingers in gear and my brain in neutral. James Thank you for the offer and I don't need anything other than the wheel as I have the hub, horn button, ect.. I would like to find one a little nicer but really thank you for making the offer :TU: your always so willing to help members here out. I am not in a hurry for a wheel. I have a GSX wheel I bought from Duane H. That I plan on putting on till I find a 16" wheel. For now I am just enjoying the car the way it is but I would like to find a few correct items. Ryan, I have one that came off a 71 vette if thats what you need. It has been in a garage since it came off the car in the late 70's. It had a wrap on it since day 1 and i just peeled it off the other day. very dusty from storage but looks like it would clean up nice. will trade you for the GSX wheel! JK! let me know if interested. Still has the hub on it. $50. Ed
