Listed on SW Michigan CL. In my hometown if anyone is interested. I am not to fond of Pink cars though. Regards, Upstaged in SW Michiganou:
Not a bad price for a runner, and yeah, dog-d--k pink is not my favorite colour. Wish I'd find a 59 Invicta or Electra for the same price as the equivalent 58 goes for.
OK Marc: The color? A friend of mine has a 58 Century sedan....all original paint. Pink like this car featured with a green top and green interior. OH, factory a/c too. Now, how'd ya like to look at that every time you got into your car? Mitch
I can look the car over and get the owner's number. It was for sale last year for a couple of thousand more. Regards . Upstaged in SW Michigan.
Yeah, that's pretty wild! I've seen "coral" or pink with a green interior, that's almost "do-able". But it would have to be the right shade to match. I think the car listed above is an ex-Mary Kay car, the pink is too "pink" to be a GM "coral". A Green interior works surprisingly well on a yellow and white two-tone as well. Buddy of mine is doing his 53 Olds that way, and it looks sharp. Especially with the red factory rims and the stock chrome hubcaps. Nice 60 Buick you've got; - what model is it? I used to have a 60 Invicta 4dr. hardtop, the "flattop" model. It was the car from hell, and I truly think it was possessed. You had to call it every filthy name in the morning otherwise it wouldn't start. It was my second car, I hauled it out of retirement, it had been in a bush for 15 years, and I drove it, lousy brakes, holy floor, and rotten interior for 2 years before it finally burned out what was left of the brakes.
